ok, well let's look at both the options of grassroot investment and mining.
Grassroot Investment. Currently RAU has enough money in the bank to continue its drilling programme without anyone elses financial input. So it doesn't make sense that they would dilute their own future profits by giving away more of the company in exchange for more money. At this point in time they just don't need it.
Mining. RAU have said that their drilling results to date are only 'encouraging enough to warrant further drilling'. So even RAU is not saying that they have found anything commercial yet. And we have to assume that Neb has been over all these drilling results with a fine tooth comb. JK would definitely inform us if they had discovered enough concentrated mineral to start building a mining infrastructure. I can't see the Chinese putting structures in place in case something happens in the future, that doesn't make any sense. There's no point talking to a mining company about Mt C until Mt C is in their possession so it can't be that either. Same with Luzon.
There is of course the possibility that RAU are investing in the Chinese mining company, rather then the other way round but I can't see why RAU would do that either.
what are peoples views about the chinese visit, page-31
