Not really sure about the side effects though what I am pretty sure about, is that If you get hit by a stage 4 pancreatic cancer ( and for many patients that comes without much notice and as a surprise)... the only thing you want to concentrate on is : how to extend your life expectancy because the reality Today is an average of 3-4 months after the diagnostic ...
So far and to the best of my knowledge, no major side effects have been reported. I would rather concentrate on the efficacy without worrying to much about the side effects.
