What are solutions?

IMO,
1)Zhang should terminate the consulting agreements with CDC
2)Zhang can be a director of CDC
3)Zhang should not allow to manage CDC bank accounts,but he can audit the bank accounts as a director
4)Important things are the reality of the CDC bank accounts balance and all figures of financial reports.
Why is it so important to ban trading in ASX that Zhang is a show director or an observer in board meetings?
IMO,it is important that there are any illegal actions or not in board meetings.
If there are any illegal actions in CDC,ASX should sue the person who did illegal actions instead of suspension of share trading in ASX.
What a useless suspension for shareholders!
