what are the asx shareholder creep provisions

    here's a thought.
    I do not know what the creep provisions are for a major shareholder on asx if any,but wonder if declaring 19.9% and three months later maybe you can buy without invoking the enforced takeover provisions if you buy less than a certain percentage.
    Hopefully someone can enlighten me on a the asx policy if there is one.
    I know other sharemarkets have them.Such as acccumulating no more than 5% within a six month period following the initial announcement after a six month halt in purchases.
    i.e. no purcahase for 6 mo then you can creep up your holding but at no more than %5 in the following 6 mo.Then you must declare your holding and stop before reaching that 5%.
    then you can do the same again.6mo halt and then creep
