    You didn't answer my question, how would they sell the capital requirement to investors and shareholders alike. I don't know the specifics of the EVN CR but I do know that GXY doesn't have that capital requirement this financial year and isn't in the fortunate position of taking some money after an insane overbought bullrun like TSLA
