The proposed acquisitions have the unanimous support of the directors of SAPEX. SAPEX
directors will recommend the Linc Energy proposal in the absence of a superior proposal and
subject to confirmation from an independent expert that:
• The Linc Energy proposal is in the best interests of SAPEX shareholders and
optionholders
Perhaps something is brewing and is around the corner.
Other CSG contenders will review what occured and may take action.
