I always though SXP were interesting (although I am not a holder).
Being a holder of ESG, I thought, in time, ESG may have had a close look at it given the farm-in recently announced.

If the drilling results were attractive, it may have been a reasonable fit for ESG to expand their CSM assets. Particulalry as ESG are on their way to becoming major players in this space.

Add the fact that the SXP has on its board the ex founding director of ESG, thought there may have been something in it.
