The chances of this bail-out not proceeding are, IMHO, about zero.
Sure, some of the Senator's will take the opportunity to grandstand and make objections about tax-payers money being used/placed at risk. But at the end of the day there is too much at stake for the Bill not to be passed, and even the objectors know this.
They may get their way, with minor changes/provisions being made, but the Bill in its substantial format will be passed.
Well I hope my theory is right as I bought in on todays closing market weakness(lol)
