Despite not being religious, I'm very much in the Providence camp. Not a word thrown around a lot these days but does fit nicely here.
On how Dr Ron's comments fit - I would say I am not surprised that Ms Monaghan is able to comment on the progress of what's happening at JHC and abroad.
