will need to see how it plays out but sometimes there is a limit to how many times and how often a code can be claimed set by the insurance... but potentially the health insurance could be using the at home modifier to pay out less...? so providers could either pass on the cost to the patient or reduce their fee for at home appointments which may be the intention of the insurer as it would be easier to do for the doctors...?
