This appears to be a significant development.It looks like CPT codes are generic across the US health care system. A bit like how we use the Medicare Benefits Schedule.
Insurers decide individually which CPT codes (relating to medical, surgical and diagnostic procedures) they will reimburse and in what proportion.
I'll come back to this later after I've done a little research.
I may just arrive at the point where are already are - or perhaps will even still be behind you!
