I think the intention is to keep the price lower so the algo buyer can buy at a lower price. The lower price probably also causes frustration as therefore encourages selling.

So the large buyer at 14.5c is likely the one benefiting from the algo.

It has continued today - see the shift up at 12.55 to 15c quickly sold down to 14.5c again shortly thereafter.

It might be pip traders - Iikely the growth yesterday set off a few scanners. Its also a very fruitful price range for pips. But I suspect its more likely an accumulator.
