Also we are speculating, and you have to assume that what you read is in fact correct. If people hold information away from you that later you see as vital often its too late.

So I finished with too many. By the time management advises the market that oooopss..sorry, someone multiplied our production by two, instead of dividing by two the damage is done if you don't watch every day.

So some is my fault for not bailing out much earlier...but in my defence I am completely staggered at the ineptitude of the MD. As a manager myself its hard sometimes to believe that anyone can make such blundering decisions, failing to actually manage the mines activities (because he structured his personal affairs so that he appears domiciled overseas for tax purposes) ...etc .. I sat "etc" as its just boring to keep going on about it.

So stuck between a rock and hard place. Fundamentally I believe gold is going up for a while and even brain-dead losers can't go broke - surely not? - owning a loss making gold mine when their product sale price is increasing.

What can you say? Like getting kicked in the nuts, keeping CTO requires applying the time honoured remedy of laying on the ground and groaning.

PS I loved the suggestion of a class action suit because of failing to advise shareholders in a timely manner as per the ASX notification. Anyone got some ideas?
