So there's going to be a 20:1 consolidation before the company goes to the market to sell shares at 20 cents.....which means to me that the shares are currently worth 1 cent? Am I missing something here?
I presume that the closer to certainty on the deal being done....the closer we get to about 1 cent or probably less if the market thinks that the float is going to sell for less than 20 cents...
Is that right? Please rip shreads from me if i deserve it
