'what are the green jobs' imo forget the green jobs,that will be a very short term fix(i know everyone gets a warm fuzzy feeling using the word 'green')to the root of all the world problems,that been unsustainable population growth.The world cant feed it self now,put another 1-2 bill on the planet by 2050-not a chance.It doesnt matter how 'green' we are,if critical population mass exceeds food production and clean potable water supply then there will be famine on a scale we may not be able to imagine,imo.
Zero to negative population growth,an economists and governments worse nightmare = deflation.We cant continue to rape and pillage the planet, the only out come if population growth isnt reversed is self destruction imo.
It wont matter how green we are if available resources cant match poulation demand.Why are we so time poor now days.Population pressure = demand = inflation = rising costs = longer work hrs = time poor = increased stress.Just fix the first problem (pop pressure) and the other issues tend to look after them selves.Weve got to stop chasing our tails.
