    The CR will be sooner than later I suspect, they don't tend to wait for the death knell. Hopefully some results will propel the Sp, but then no doubt there will be those complaining how the Cr ( if there is one ) capped the sp moving up. After all the big money guys won't want to contribute at the top of the market...would you ?
