The questions now are whether Rudd's signature on the HOE and promise not to Ban Telstra from bidding for the 4g mobile spectrum, any longer valid.. Will TLS and the NBN have to go through another 9 months of negotiations, or until the next poll at least??
It is quite obvious that the knife was in the back well before last weekend and that it was only a matter of when it was twisted.. He was a lame duck PM at the time of signing the documents..
