Just to be clear, the problem here is worse than just the court not meeting its OWN guidelines.

for a functioning justice system, TIME MATTERS,
which is why as part of the EU, where countries are committed to the RULE OF LAW, there are time limits in place for certain decision making processes.

this is not just for an individual step such as supreme court, but for the process as a whole. Ie from when Talga first submitted the application, they have a RIGHT for it to be DECISIVELY ruled on within a certain perios of time FROM WHEN IT WAS SUBMITTED.

So we're now well past that but SC just ahrugs their shoulders and says "meh, not my problem".
