Totally agree, the judiciary knows that people without any hope of winning can lodge an appeal because it costs them nothing, but the court has to be seen as impartial. The appellant knows it will cost the company money, also disrupting progress. This whole appeal is about whether law has been applied correctly, it cannot be that hard, its been through two processes already. The court bent over backwards to allow this final appeal, the appellant missed the cut off date, but were allowed to get their appeal through, 2 months after the cut off.
