MT would be better to communicate because left to our own devices we are expecting the worst. That's human nature. I just don't understand what the new appointments have brought to the party. Hiding from an issue is not the best way. If we have a limited understanding of the court process say it , don't lead holders to think its in hand when its not and that's certainly what I felt after the last vid call.
