I do not think the long term business will be affected unless the unheard of happens and we lose.
If we cannot get a decision by late July looks like there may be a cap raise soon after. MT would have the cap raise ducks lined up so it would be pretty quick once he reaches his cut off date where a raise is necessary.
Retail Holders will not be able to particpate however traditionally the SP falls below the raise price.
I will be peed off big time if other cases were leap frogging ours!!
