They are on holiday now, but that doesn't mean that everything is on hold. They continue to handle cases, only at a slower pace. As far as I know this takes 4 weeks. Personally, I am counting on a court ruling before October, around the same time as the detailed plan are being pushed through by central government. Just some guessing, no one knows exactly but this is what I'm expecting. After these two are handled, I expect lots of financing and off take news.
