No one knows why it has taken so long to review and reject this appeal. My understanding is Talga's request to speed up the process was rejected the first week of May? I'm sure if this is true. But the Courts NOT MAKING A DECISION is the only reason this stock is not well over a dollar.As for when they will make a decision, let's not hope we have to wait until September. That will be A YEAR since the appeal was made. Their courts system is broken and needs to be fixed, Remember the MINE IS APPROVED and this is a simple appeal to reject. It keeps me up at night so I'm sure Mark is more frustrated than i can imagine. Let's just HOPE AND PRAY it comes soon.
