What I find most concerning is that the shorters, who seem to have been quite active last couple of weeks, would not be so confident at these levels surely unless they have some inside track. Ok they could just be playing the EV lithium space which is still struggling, but you would have to be pretty confident to knock it down at these levels. I hope that there is not a rat inside the admin of the court who is passing information onto the appellants and giving them a heads up?
