R&D happens in Cambridge with some testing in Germany.

Dr Motta is CTO and based in Cambridge with a small team (4-6?) working there on new products like Tal-Si, cathode additives and the recycling program with Altilium Metals.
The Tal-Si pilot plant is in Germany. Graphene product processing/testing also done here. Not sure how many full time employees based in Germany but assume minimal. The employees dealing with QA etc are in Lulea with the Tal-C pilot plant (EVA).
Hopefully R&D a very underrated part of the business that will deliver some results soon. Silicon is the furthest along the development path and really promising IMO.
