It happens the same way in last 4-5 days; goes down to the lowest level then it goes up in last half an hour.

Here is the 5 min chart for the last 5 days. We are at the lowest level of today atm. It loks like it will go up over $2.80 from here.

Maybe the Europeans wake up and starts to buy from here as there is a big difference between prices atm.
