Suzuki I wonder what the relations are like between SB and SIO. A quick analysis of the voting numbers from the EGM indicates that SB did not vote on any of the resolutions including resolution 2 - issue of shares to SIO. I did comment at the time that I thought they wimped out. It appears that SIO voted on all the resolutions that they were entitled to but of course they had to abstain on resolution no. 2.
