What are the problems with CDC?

Does CDC mean Corpses of Dead Cows?
Is suspension from trading to protect for proposed investors or to punish the company breached the listing rules?
IMO,the company or ASX should announce the details of breaching of the listing rules.
And ASX should not allow the foreign companies,if ASX can not handle effectively the breaching of Australian laws and ASX listing rules and only can suspend from trading.
Why do they hold the details of breaching inside?
It should not be allowed to list in ASX,if any company,especially foreign company can not be checked the physical existence and the truth of the financial statements.
