Takeover and at what price?

The key asset is Fank rodgers and his metturlgy partner. They and a few others are the only guys who know the process i beleive. Its kept very huss huss. Why would alcoa takeover and risk these guys leaving. If something goes wrong they may not know what to do to fix the process.

Much better to partner mhm as outlined in the last announcement. Keeps evryone happy. I'm sure the deal that they come with will be fair for both parties. Perhaps 47.5% alcoa, 47.5% alreco, 5% patent.
Alcoa also genrally dont take over small fry like mhm much better business model to partner them.
Also dont beleive directors will give up the past 30 years of research just like that for a quick buck.

Takeover very unlikely i beleive.
