and most likely a huge payout. While small chinese companies maybe able to rip off intellectual property. Anyone trying to rip off Alecrco would be a major metal company and open to either World court or Chinese court Action. Especially as most of there major metal companies are Global a US court maybe asked to decide. I have had this discussion before as a lot of patent offices are often not known for being discreet a lot go with, Proprietary rights and trademark then patent.
