What about the risk that the process itself does not remain solely within the control of MHM? If MHM can sit down and put together a process which creates such value, what's to stop someone else (read Alcoa or Sims) from doing it for themselves. I understand that the process itself may not be 'patentable' but that there are proprietary chemicals necessary for the process which MHM 'own'. Is that enough?
I am a happy long term holder of MHM. If there is anything which keeps my very excited feet on the ground, it is this?
Sometimes potentially unpleasant questions need to be asked too, rather than just the obvious.
