Plenty of talk of threats/opportunities in China and of course US here - up and running in US in Q1'11 augurs very well indeed for the shorter term. I'm new on the block here but has Russia entered the discussion at any time? I'm thinking possible interest or duplication of technology from one Rusal - world's largest Al co. Very close to dipping a toe in here but back to the reports for now.
