I agree that there is a risk of failure with independent testing. However, the risk is strongly mitigated by the in house testing done so far. Further mitigation is derived from the ability to go back and fine tune any errors found during independent testing. I don't think its a simple matter of pass or fail. More likely that it will past the first time round or in subsequent rounds.

In my opinion the biggest risk is whether this product can be commercialised and in what fashion. After all this company will not prosper if it can't sell its tech. Once again, this risk is mitigated by the ongoing commercialisation discussions, however it won't be significantly de risked until we see a MOU or the like.

Until then this is still a spec stock just like the rest of them. However, I really like the cut of their jib!
