    presumably as this latest proposal is not a formal t/o there may be some active buying on market on tuesday by parties associated with Lonestar in which case AUT is forbidden to participate in
    if AUT wished to launch another offer at a higher price does it have to wait 30,60,90 or 180 days to do so?
