They are the rights that are being traded until 30th May.
Shareholders were given these rights based on the holding they had. I think they got 1 right for 4 shares.
After that time those that have kept their rights and those that have bought rights on the market will be able to buy shares at 1.5cents which also have an option attached. The shares will then trade normally. The options will also trade and can be converted to shares in 2019.
