BSL has been been moribund for years now, and still have no real plan to get out of their hole. Expansion into China sounds like a dud - the country with the largest steelmaking (over)capacity in the world! I know they want to do downstream value adding, but do they REALLY think the "invading dragon can outwit the peasant with local knowledge"? (from an ancient Chinese saying). Dragon, BSL is not.
This company needs a new direction, a new board, and some vision (old or new, any would do!)
