What are these guys up to???

I know these fellows did a lot of back fence type promotion a few months back, but nothing they talked about has ever come to fruition. It was all positive talk around 9 cents, and then they pulled the rug from new shareholders entering the register at that time, with a most ridiculously cheap issue, and it's been further downhill after that. Their recent RIU was just a re-hash of an earlier presentation. nothing new and no positive news flow since.
