They have consistently said in their past few presentations that they are fully funded through to the end of the phase 2 clinical trial and you would have to assume that this means without the additional funds, of approx $11M, if Life Bio had exercised their warrants.

Unfortunately no announcements to clarify this. Only clear fact is that this year, ATH has lost over 50% of its market cap having started the year with a SP of close to 5c and this is on the back of multiple back to back yeas of negative growth. And the silence continues with the only news being that the P2 will commence in the first half of 2020. Possibly another 6 months of no news. If the SP continues it trend, for the same price it would have had to pay to exercise the warrants, it will be able to take over the entire company and still have funds left over.
