Nobody forces you to buy their shares. Surely you are responsible for your own money. But the CEO and his management team are definitely responsible for their mistakes and incompentency, if they cannot commercialize anything 20 years after listed on two markets. I think it unwise for posters like you to defend this management team, unless you are one of them and you know exactly what they have done are good enough. As an investor, I hope you have a basic concept. The management team is responsible for the benefits of investors. Stock investment is different from gambling. The management team is not innocent even though they know how to avoid legal issues perfectly.
