When you have no difficulties in understanding those terminologies, you may be able to read their materials & methods parts. You may be able to think about logic problems within the results/conclusions parts. You may be able to do a reference check on the NCBI website. You may be able to understand the real beautiful masterpieces from high IF journals. You may really understand what a professional/scientist is doing... I am still pretty sure they won't waste a second on yours until you are able to stand on the same platform with them.
