I am sure that Life Bio must have first hand knowledge of PBT434 and the realistic potential of the drug progressing thru to commercialisation. If they felt they were on a winner i think they would have exercised their warrants.
i also tend to believe that they will now systematically force the price down further and try to takeover the whole company at a ridiculous price.
