You obviously don't see the potential!

They sound like a "renovators delight" (Read - should be condemned)

Close to transport (Read - practically on top of a freeway)

In an "up and coming area" (Read - low socio-economic status for decades, with rampant crime, drug use, loud parties and high % of renters)

Is it "cosy"? (Read - cramped, tiny, dark, poorly ventilated with no storage space)

Think long term mate, it will double in value in 7-10 years and be worth more than the current GDP of Australia in a couple of centuries.
