South African partner can only be one rather large NYSE listed company. The President of that company has put out press releases that states they are looking at aquiring technology based enterprises for growth.
The company in question just diverged a chemical arm so they can concentrate on the tech sector. Then again such information is wasted on this forum, watch them all jump on after the trading halt.
