My take on this is similar. They're struggling dealing with the volume of queries, calls and emails etc. For a very small team it's a distraction from the main game (and yes I have been guilty of being a bit annoying with my questioning from time to time). And remember it's a tiny bunch of people who are otherwise very stretched. So she is encouraging more people to attend public forums to help with the IR stuff.
I don't want to be a wet blanket but not sure that tomorrow is going to be quite as big as we would wish but as always I hope I'm wrong.
Anyway, all is looking good. The cream always rises to the top.
