I am as hopeful as everyone else but have been saying DOC is not on the cards any time soon. Have always said that CNE and COP will advance the SNE field as quickly as possible, if we look back to September last year when they started the 3D shoot to now they have been flat out ever since. Every time they drill a hole they have more data points that can prove/update their current models, I think the image of SNE has changed at least 3 times in the last year and expect it to change again tomorrow. It takes years to develop a oil discovery into a working field and those that in the past took short cuts to get to first oil such as Kosmos end up paying more. Hell... even saw CNE tendering for a FSO last year so I do not know what else FAR shareholders expect of the JV, maybe two drill ships on site, or double the number of people working on the project, for all we know those computers cranking out the data from the last 3D shoot are running red hot as I would expect a few people from CNE, COP and FAR are ringing on a weekly basis asking how that processing was going because the sooner JV gets that information the better off they will be.

The JV will dance to it's own tune rather than that of the FAR shareholders, and it will take as long as it takes
