They can do that, but there is also an ASX ruling on no of TH days. I think that would mean putting the shares in suspension (as it'll take another week+ at least). That also means that all the orders will be purged on reopening.
It's too late to post a message for OOO, but I am hopeful that he'll take this point up with CN 2nite.
Maybe OOO will still read a last minute posting on HC B4 he goes in!
