you can say what you want .. positive or negative ... and what you ask Tradie is reasonable. MS has stated that CVI is targeting a controlling interest in Fortitude, and I would assume wit the closeness of the relationship that Fortitude are right behind that with the Angolans loading up on Citiview shares.
In regard to Kwanza, we will have to wait and see on the stake, but it is fair to say CVI will have a significant interest if not controlling, and their opinion will count no matter what. the controlling party will have the same interest anyway ... develop the license into a operational well producing as cost effectively as possible and asap ... so there is little to worry about i think in relation to not having control.
