it would seem simple..here is a possible scenario...lodge an announcement and place a good size buy order and start panic buying ..then dump hard..so the ones dumping once the buyers are in would have held large holdings b4 today lol...one possible scenario..the other one..pump and dump heaven and the suckers got caught or...it will run tomoro but having said that they have no cash and knowing the history and management then looks like a very risky buy but thats the sharemarket hahahaa
