Just cleaning up and hoping the last German fund might come to the table - gave them and Stone one last chance.
Now the game changes. Only Don Taig, Campbell Baird and the Board can articulate, that we shall soon see.
A lot has been written in this thread about the subject. Clever stuff but it essentially distills down to two things - strategy and control. We have control and the strategy is in our court. We hold 3 aces Stone hold one. FML have not made a bid for CRE at any price but anything can happen here we don't honestly know.
FML is astute we should enjoy the outcome over time - this is a long chess game and we did not lose. I hope that helps a bit.
