the directors might not convert the options near the end of may, they could be buying now if wanted at 15 cents since they are confident with the results so far.

It might not of been necessary for the 4.5million worth of shares today but they might of done it to make it clear to market no more placements are needed and to hopefully remove the people holding the share price back since if the capper stayed around as more positive news goes through they might not get the 20 cents to have the options converted which they need to happen.

If the capper caused the share to not reach 20 cents and the options dont get converted the company will have to keep placing more shares to placements for funds to continue drilling, this way they should be able to get the option funds and be able to have enough cash to last until they have wells producing.
